Findomestic (a company of the BNP Paribas group) is known to most for the loans it provides; however, for some time it has offered other interesting services, such as the savings account.
Currently the Findomestic savings account is among the most competitive:
– rate of 1.5% (gross annual) on deposits up to 10,000 euros; the money is not tied and can be withdrawn (by transferring it to the linked account) very quickly
– above 10,000€ the rate is 1%
– for the first year no stamp duty is paid
